Q: What payment methods do you accept for my home and business services?
A: You may pay by cash, check, online payment, major credit card or money order. We bill the first of each month and give our customers 30 days to pay.

Q: Southern Turf contract states that a year is required, what happens if I move, lose my job or sell my house?
A: Southern Turf understands that things happen so we do not hold you to the year term. We do ask you to give us a thirty days' notice.

Q: How do you quote the cost of the lawn maintenance service and what's included in the service?
A: Quotes are given according to the size of the job and the amount of shrubs and landscaping. We welcome projects whether large or small. We offer the following services for lawn maintenance:

Q: I have a large front yard with a nice lawn and not much else, so do you provide landscaping design ideas?
A: Yes, Our design philosophy is that each project begins with a detailed examination of the client's wants and needs. We aim to create projects with ambience and personal touches that achieve the owner's desire for a fresh, entertaining and unique design. If you spend time away from home or just run a very busy schedule and would prefer a look with very low maintenance we can also help. We will design a low maintenance landscape design. Our rental property owners prefer the low maintenance option.

Q: Do you provide irrigation services?
A: Southern Turf is committed to protecting one of our most valuable and limited natural resources: Water. A properly installed and properly operating irrigation system is essential to stop water waste, and protect your investment in turf and landscape ornamental shrubs. We offer one-time Irrigation Maintenance Checks, monthly and bi-monthly Complete Irrigation Inspection maintenance agreements, as well as emergency repairs, design and installation, and system reconfiguration. We pride ourselves in utilizing the latest products and procedures and ongoing training and team member development.

Q: Do you provide advice about fertilizers, pest control, or problem lawns?
A: Yes, We provide a turf and ornamental health program, which we developed at Southern Turf to meet your lawn needs. We can also identify and help you address cultural conditions, such as shade or irrigation, which lead to unhealthy landscape.

Q: What is the most common mistake homeowners make in caring for their lawn?
A: We believe the biggest mistake a homeowner or property manager can make is not hiring a competent professional. Turf care in Florida is complex, requires continued education, a commitment to research and to develop best practices to keep up with an ever-changing environment. This is what we do to allow you to reap the full benefits of your Florida landscape.
